Shipping Fees

Orders under 200 SAR: 25 SAR
Orders 200-500 SAR: 15 SAR
Orders over 500 SAR: Free shipping 🎉

You will receive tracking number via SMS or email

Delivery Methods

Home delivery: Delivered to your registered address
Work delivery: You can enter your office address
Pickup points: Collect from nearest pickup point (coming soon)

Important Information

Please ensure address and mobile number are correct
Someone must be available to receive the order
Shipments may be delayed during holidays and celebrations
No delivery on Fridays and official holidays

Delay Cases

Delays may occur in some cases:

Bad weather conditions
Shipping company failures
Incorrect or incomplete address
Recipient unavailable
Seasons and holidays

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver:

Will try to call you 3 times
Will leave a note on the door
Will retry next day
After 3 attempts, order returns to store

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Saudi Arabia only. We are working on providing international shipping soon.

Shipment Insurance

All shipments are insured against damage and loss
In case of damage, we will replace the product for free
In case of loss, we will resend the order
