Return Period

You can return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Package must be sealed and unopened
  • Product must include all original accessories and covers
  • All labels and seals must be intact
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for health reasons

  • Manufacturing defect: If there is a defect in the product upon receipt
  • Wrong product: If you received a different product than your order
  • Shipping damage: If the product arrived damaged due to shipping
  • Change of mind: You can return provided the product is sealed and unused

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products on sale or special discounts (unless otherwise stated)
  • Products that lost their original packaging or labels

Return Steps

  1. Contact us: Call us via email or phone
  2. Submit return request: Send order number and return reason
  3. Wait for approval: We will review and approve within 24 hours
  4. Send product: Return the product in original packaging
  5. Inspection: We will inspect the product upon receipt
  6. Refund: Amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days

Return Fees

  • Defective product: We cover shipping costs
  • Wrong product: We cover shipping costs
  • Customer change of mind: Customer covers shipping costs

Refund Method

  • Cash on delivery: Will be transferred to your bank account
  • Electronic payment: Amount will return to the same payment method
  • Store credit: Amount can be converted to store credit

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product instead of returning it:

  • Same conditions apply to exchange
  • We will send the replacement immediately after receiving returned product
  • Free shipping for exchange if product is defective

Special Exceptions

  • Customized or made-to-order perfumes are non-returnable
  • Perfumes purchased during clearance sales may not be returnable
